About the Role

Property Assistance Augmentation Team (PAAT) support, logistical augmentation, administrative and technical support to the XVIII Airborne Corps HHBN on Fort Liberty. The PAATs primary mission is to augment units in Unit Supply GCSS-Army Operations, Unit level Maintenance GCSS-Army Operations, Property Book Officer (PBO) Operations and provide Asset Visibility (AV) Analyst, Aviation Maintenance Analyst, Logistics Operations Analyst, and Transportation Analyst, which predominantly supports HHBN, XVIII Airborne CORP at Ft. Liberty, NC.

Job Requirements

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in the areas Asset Visibility, GCSS-A (all Logistic Modules), DTS (defense Travel System), Decision Support Tool (DST), GPC (government purchase card) and LIW application suite, Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) or other applicable LIS (Logistics Information Systems)

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, evaluate plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.

  • Must be able to analyze audit requirements, cross reference multiple source documents, coordinate with owning units, provide guidance and timelines for data submission, and then validate data before submission to higher headquarters.

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), governing regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Must be able to pull GCSS-Army logistics reports and be able to present the data in a format consistent with Battalion and senior level G-Staff formats.

  • Able to gain access to Army Logistics Information Systems not previously mentioned in order to provide logistics data, information papers and logistics operation orders to the HHBN XVIII ABN Corps S-4 and senior level Staff.

  • Must be extremely analytical and detail-oriented to maintain a high level of data integrity.

  • possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.

  • Possess experience in the analysis of CSDP and CMDP to include shortcomings and development of corrective recommendations to Unit Commanders.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior Senior NCO

  • Have, at a minimum, three (3) years’ experience in management of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.

  • Have at least 3 years Property Book experience to conduct property transactions on behalf of the PBO.

  • Must be a graduated from the Army 92Y or 92A MOS producing school or other branch of service in the US Navy, Air Force, Cost Guard, Space Force, or Marine Corps supply system.

  • Possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Suite products with extensive knowledge of Excel in order to analyze and manipulate data in multiple formats and outputs.

  • Must be eligible to attain and maintain a CAC.

  • Have an associate degree.

  • Valid state driver's license.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • Must be a US citizen.
