In May 2025, Ms. Patrica Hargadon, (PM, Veterans Affairs Central Office Contract, Landover, MD) and Mr. Kevin Small, (PM, National Institutes of Health Contract, Bethesda, MD) attended a 2-day Seminar for Management & Leadership Skills Development in Washington, DC.

The seminar focused on skill development in areas such as tasks prioritization, how to delegate responsibilities, fostering accountability and ownership, motivating and coaching team members, earning trust and respect, and hiring and developing staff.

Our congratulations to Trish and Kevin on completing this valuable and important Management-Leadership Seminar.  We know you’ll put this training to good use.

Thanks to these two outstanding Program Managers, the OSI on-site contract teams continue to deliver superior support services to our government customers at the VACO and NIH.
